Gregory J. Esq. Ryan is managing partner in the New York City law firm of Segal, Tesser & Ryan, LLP. His law practice is concentrated in the representation of entrepreneurial and domestic businesses and professional practices. Mr. Ryan represents a wide range of business enterprises in diverse industries. In his capacity as legal counsel to corporate clients, Mr. Ryan provides practical advice and assistance on a wide range of issues, ranging from corporate and transactional matters to the daily issues faced by business today, including dispute resolution, real estate, intellectual property protection, contract negotiations and employment matters. Mr. Ryan is an honor’s graduate of Fordham University and the Fordham University School of Law. Prior to his association with Segal, Tesser & Ryan, LLP he served a judicial internship with the Hon. Frederic B. Lacey, United States District Judge in New Jersey. Mr. Ryan has lectured for the New York State Bar Association on the topic of professional limited liability companies. He also served as chair of the Business Law program for the National Law Day Program sponsored by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He also has lectured on conducting business in the United States for the New York City Chamber of Commerce and hosted workshops on starting a business for the National Innovation Workshop sponsored by the United States Department of Energy in coordination with the New York City Partnership. He also has co-authored many articles on topics related to doing business in the international community. Mr. Ryan was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He served as a member of the Board of Advisors, Fordham University, College at Lincoln Center. Mr. Ryan is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey and admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of both states. |

Lewis Tesser is a senior partner in the New York law firm of Tesser & Ryan, LLP, concentrating his practice in
litigation, representing licensed professionals and professional practices, administrative law and commercial law. Lew Tesser
is a Director of the New York County Lawyers’ Association and Co-Chair of its Ethics Task Force and Co-Chair of its
Professional Discipline Committee. Prior to private practice, Mr. Tesser was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York.
In that capacity, he represented various agencies of the United States government in litigation in the United States District Court
and United States Court of Appeals. Mr. Tesser also served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army where he prosecuted and
defended criminal cases and was the chief legal advisor to the Commanding General of the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
He also has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, New York City Civil Court, a Judge for the Environmental
Control Board of the City of New York and a lecturer for various Bar Associations. Mr. Tesser also serves as a Mediator for the
United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Mr. Tesser, who was admitted to practice in l97l, is a l970 Honors graduate from the National Law Center, George Washington University, a Masters graduate from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania (l974) and a graduate of the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers. Irwin Rochman is a highly experienced litigator and partner at the New York law firm of Tesser, Ryan & Rochman, LLP, handling both civil and criminal litigation. Prior to private practice, Mr. Rochman served as an Assistant District Attorney, New York County and as a New York Special Assistant Attorney General. Mr. Rochman was a member of the Mayor's Council on Police Community Relations, the Mayor's Committee on the Judiciary, the Council on Criminal Justice of the City Bar Association and a chair of its committee on Criminal Courts. Mr. Rochman received his LL.B. from Columbia Law School.
